Where is your store and warehouse?
In maintaining our low costs, we have opted to operate as an online shop. So our clothing collection is promoted through our online store and social media. We also manage multiple warehouses internationally to source a range of products from different vendors. Often you will notice that our packages are delivered directly by the overseas warehouse.  

How do I decide which size would fit for my baby? 
All of our products run True To Size (TTS) as provided by the manufacturers and vendors. Please let us know if you need a sizing guide for a particular product.

Where are do you source the products from? 
In providing low prices to our customers, we source our products from overseas vendors and manufacturers. Often the shipping delays are due to the internationals shipping and customs clearing in Australia. 

Can I buy in bulk?
Yes, you can. Let us know and we will provide you with further discounts as well. 


Shipping and Returns 

When should I expect to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However please allow 10 - 20 days for your order to arrive.

Can I get my order sooner than that? 
Unfortunately, as we source our products from different vendors and manufacturers the standard shipping times are 10-20 days. However, if you need any particular product quicker than that, we are able to arrange paid express postage. Please let us know BEFORE purchasing by clicking on the messenger button to the bottom of the page or by Message Us.

What is your return policy?
We want you to have a good experience shopping with us. We will happily accept returns if it is defective item or if it is not the item you had purchased. Please send us a message with the form below including the issue, within 2 business days of delivery. If a replacement is approved, we will issue a new product for delivery or can issue a store credit for the purchased amount. Noting that same shipping and delivery time frames will apply for the replaced products as well.  


Can I update or cancel my order? 
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we start processing immediately and are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter you shipping information correctly.
