Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to have a good experience shopping with us. We will happily accept returns if it is a defective item or if it is not the item you had purchased. Please send us a message with the form below including the issue, within 2 business days of delivery. If a replacement is approved, we will issue a new product for delivery or will issue a store credit for the purchased amount. Noting that same shipping and delivery time frames will apply for the replaced products as well. 

If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this payment to appear in your account.
